An exceptional stay in every respect, with everything truly perfect. The staff throughout the hotel were very kind, and our room was pleasant with a comfortable bed. Set by the lake and served by several tram lines, the location was excellent. We also had dinner and breakfast at the Caramela restaurant, where the food was delicious and Magda provided impeccable service. We would return. Thank you!
